Formed in 1994, muf architecture/art is a collaborative practice of art and architecture committed to public realm projects that embed enduring and unexpected interventions into the physical and social fabric of the urban environment.

Since 1994, the practice has pioneered innovative methods of working directly with communities to deliver design-led projects that reveal and value the desires and experience of varied constituencies. muf’s interdisciplinary work encompasses masterplanning, civic and urban design, buildings, landscape design, temporary and permanent installations, participative projects and public art.
